1 Big problem I think they have is that they moved way out by Dysarts and that is a place where the City Bus doesn't go and it costs a lot to take a Taxi to get out there. The whole reason people use Greyhound is usually because they don't have a vehicle to drive to southern Maine or Out Of State in the first place. I miss the fact they used to be down town Bangor where people could easily get to it by city bus, walking, or a cheap taxi ride. You just can't put a station out in the middle of nowhere and expect a lot of customers. I use Concord Trailways instead because it costs a lot less to take a taxi to get dropped off there, also the city bus will drop you off right in front of Concord Trailways. I believe their current location is a poor choice. I haven't ridden Greyhound in years but I have heard a few complaints by other customers about other issues. However my 1 problem is their location is unfair to a lot of travelers and that is a big issue with me.

Took greyhound bus from here couple of time. This place is open 24 hours and bus service is good. You can also park your vehicle at a minimal charge. Greyhound bus is usually cheaper but don't have stops at airports.

"24 hr" greyhound station is a statement that is unjustly incorrect. Came in around 2 tried to buy a ticket to one of the nearest cities south. Only told after I buy the next ticket for the 5 am bus, with no possible refund, that it's not a greyhound"station" an I may not wait for the next bus an after 6 pm threatened to chase me an my girlfriend out of the area with sheriff. True travelers be wary.

Dont use greyhound just dont

I took the grey hound bus from Bangor ME to Portsmouth NH on 1/11/17 the bus was FILTHY and the bathroom smelled so bad I couldn't even use it. I had never smelled anything so terrible in my life. When the bus stopped at a station you had no idea how long the stop was going to be, if they had told us, anybody could have gotten off and gone to a restroom some stops were 10 min. but some were only 2 min. It will be a cold day in hell before I go greyhound again. I had to leave my car in the parking area of the greyhound stop in Bangor which was an ice covered area and very dangerous.
