Absolutely the best experience I have had with anything dental. Very kind, considerate, and understanding staff. This is not your "normal" dental office. As soon as you walk in the office, you feel welcomed and more than just a patient. I actually look forward to my appointments here. I highly recommend them.

The office has state of the art equipment and all procedures are explained before and after; not only to parents but also to our children which I feel is very important. Her bedside manner and genuine and sincerity is like no other! She is a professional who is extremely knowledgeable but as a parent, her kind and supportive way is just as important to us! Honestly she takes time to explain and always more than supportive to each one of us to call with anything at all! She always has exhibited the best interest and care of all four of us. We are so blessed and thankful for each and everyone in her office! Obviously can't say enough-I can say our girls do not dread going to the dentist! Thank you to Dr Billings and her wonderful staff! Made the highly recommend move to Lasting Impressions and can't believe I haven't been going there all along. Completely stress-free atmosphere, the staff are so polite and welcoming.
